Because this product is made to order, it is not eligible for return or exchange due to customer preference, including incorrect size selection, color choice, ordering errors, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@carisclothing.com with your order number, clear photos of the item received, and a description of the issue.
Eligible issues are limited to:
- Manufacturing defects
- Shipping damage
- Incorrect item fulfillment
If your claim is approved, Caris Clothing will provide one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement of the originally ordered item, or
- Refund to the original payment method
