Refund policy

Effective Date: January 22, 2026

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Caris Clothing (“Caris Clothing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at https://www.carisclothing.com.

Caris Clothing operates on a made-to-order production model. Each item is produced individually after an order is placed. We do not maintain inventory or pre-manufactured stock.

Because of this production model, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason related to customer preference, including but not limited to size selection, color preference, or ordering errors.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and sizing information before placing an order.


1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item received
  • Description of the issue

All claims are reviewed individually and must relate to:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Shipping damage
  • Incorrect item fulfillment

If a claim is approved, Caris Clothing will provide one of the following resolutions only:

  • Replacement of the original item
  • Refund to the original payment method

No other resolutions are offered.

Approved claims are typically processed within 7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.


2. Exchanges (Not Offered)

Caris Clothing does not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

Because all products are made to order, we cannot accommodate:

  • Size exchanges
  • Color exchanges
  • Product swaps
  • Customer preference changes

If a different item is desired, a new order must be placed.


3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately after placement.

For this reason:

  • Orders cannot be modified after submission
  • Orders cannot be canceled once production begins

Please review all order details carefully before completing checkout.


4. Final Sale

All items are made to order and considered final sale.

Returns and exchanges are not available unless required under Section 1 for verified issues (damage, defect, or incorrect fulfillment).


5. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in the United States.
