Shipping Information

All Carisclothing products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Printful, Inc.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

  • You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

  • Standard shipping times vary by destination, typically 4–15 business days.

Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to the following U.S. states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado (except Delta and Telluride), Connecticut, Washington D.C., Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to other U.S. states or internationally at this time.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All Sales Are Final
Because all items are custom printed on-demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order details, including sizes and customization, before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at carisclothingllc@gmail.com. Include:

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos of the item and packaging

Once approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Size-Related Issues
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to size issues. Please consult our size charts before ordering. For sizing assistance, contact us prior to placing your order.

Unauthorized Returns
Items returned without prior authorization will not be processed for a refund. Customers may request the return shipment at their own expense.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order. Contact us if you need guidance on ordering the correct product.
