All Sales Are Final
All Carisclothing LLC products are custom printed on-demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order details, including sizes and customizations, before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at carisclothingllc@gmail.com. To process your claim, include:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Size-Related Concerns
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to size issues. Please review our size charts carefully before ordering. If you need sizing assistance, contact us before placing your order.

Unauthorized Returns
Items returned without prior authorization will not be processed for a refund or exchange. Customers may request the return shipment at their expense.
