Standard shipping times may vary based on the destination, typically ranging from 4 to 15 business days.
We currently only ship to the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado (except for the cities of Delta and Telluride), Connecticut, Washington D.C., Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. Unfortunately, we do not ship to other U.S. states or internationally at this time.
Returns and Refunds:
Due to the policies of our fulfillment center, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. Please double-check your order details, including sizes and customization, before placing an order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process your claim, we will need:
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the item and packaging.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at carisclothingllc@gmail.com. We will evaluate the situation and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if appropriate.
Unauthorized Returns
Any items returned to our business address without prior authorization will not be processed for a refund. Customers may request to have unauthorized returns shipped back at their expense.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for items unless:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The item received is incorrect (e.g., wrong size, color, or product).

If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
